     I was born in Italy and raised in Israel, and have had the privilege and pleasure of living in the United States for the past 40+ years.   My extensive communication skills allow me the opportunity of working with a diverse community and have proven to be a definite asset.  In addition to English, I speak, Hebrew, Serbo-Croatian, Italian, German & Yiddish .  

     My specialty is in the selling, listing, purchasing and leasing/renting (long term & vacation rentals) of single family homes, condominiums and small apartment buildings, with a focus on active adult communities, such as Sun City-Del Webb and Sun City-Shadow Hills.  The majority of my business comes from loyal client referrals and a strong word-of-mouth network.
